We realise our clients don’t need the hassle often associated with IT, so we provide a hassle-free, no gimmicks, to the point service.  We’re also about new ideas and if we see a tried and tested solution to help you streamline your business process, we’ll be right there with a demo. Over time we have come to gain a good understanding of the small business market and grasp the fundamental requirement that is common to each and every client.

As a small business, we understand that budget, cash flow and return on investment are crucial – You need to see your IT investment work and be confident that when problems arise, there will be a fast, straightforward solution!

We do give it to you straight – We’re open and honest, if there is a better solution for you that isn’t in our best business interest, we inform you and guide you along the way.

We don’t stretch ourselves too far, we supply IT solutions to small business, we have and effective cap of 75 employees/computers – Were happy to Consult on options to large clients and do operate services for large companies with local branch offices, but we are dedicated and focussed on our market - Small Business.

We do listen to our clients and welcome feedback, we take feedback onboard and use it to develop and shape our future products, services and strategies.

We are proactive in our support and maintenance services – We do our upmost to ensure we anticipate future problems and resolve before they come to head.

We don’t do multi-tiered levels of support – We treat every case with the same high priority and offer all clients the same guaranteed levels of service.

We do invest time and effort in keeping current with the latest technology and trends in our industry, using our close Microsoft links and partner tools to ensure we offer our clients the most suitable solution to their needs.  Our industry partners spend million every year educating their solution providers, we utilise their guidance to the full.

We don’t have fancy online desktop support tools or make you jump through hoops to get in touch – We’ve been there and done that and learnt from the mistakes!  In the end, we’ve found all our clients want is one low call cost phone number, answered by a real person – no gimmicks – just real world support.

We do source the right solution to meet your requirement, ensuring our clients get the right product at the right price – We are supply quality branded hardware, software and solutions that make economic sense!

We don’t cap our onsite or remote support time to a set number of hours per week – then bill a premium!  We stand by our agreed maintenance and support contract costs, regardless of where and when you need us – whatever happens – We do operate a fair use policy which is assessed on a quarterly basis to ensure our support options meet your requirements.
